Kevin Hell, former CEO of DivX, joins Telebreeze's Board of Directors

Telebreeze is proud to announce that Kevin Hell, an experienced high-tech CEO, investor and board member, has been appointed to its Board of Directors.

With over thirty years of experience in the high tech industry, Mr. Hell is most recognized for his role as CEO of DivX, a public, high-profile video technology company that became the standard for high-quality video over the Internet. Under his leadership, DivX became one of the most broadly deployed digital media technologies in the world.

"With our best-in-class global IPTV/OTT solution, our company is growing rapidly," said Nickolay Pesegov, founder and CEO of Telebreeze Corporation. "To help continue this high rate of growth, we searched for an experienced executive to join our Board. We believe Mr. Hell, with his extensive experience in the digital media markets, is a perfect match for us."

Mr Hell added, "Since 2002, it was obvious to me that digital video content services would dramatically transform the way in which media is consumed on televisions and other devices. Telebreeze is a rapidly growing IPTV/OTT company that is at the center of this exciting transformation. With its simple, seamless solution, Telebreeze has proven itself on many projects around the world, and I'm excited to help the Telebreeze team with the next chapter of its growth."

Mr. Hell is currently a General Partner with Motion Ventures focusing on sports technology, and a Board advisor with GroGuru Inc., and TetraVue, Inc. Kevin was formerly the Chairman of EvoNexus, a unique, non-profit technology incubator and hub for Southern California's startup community, and the CEO of On-Ramp Wireless, a provider of low-power wide-area wireless technology for IoT applications.
